I don't have to deal with anywhere near the amount of snow you do there in WI, but in the couple storms we had last winter, I definitely found that turning off the nannies was the best way to get around. They were just too damn intrusive in slick conditions.
the traction control i can do without, but because i drive like a jag the stability control will typically help me along without tossing my car into a ditch.
however, most of the time i just leave everything alone and it acts just fine.

own it! I use competitive driving mode in the snow. I get tired of seeing the TC light on though as my OCD is constantly drawn to look at it as an actual warning light.
i have figured out the point of no return with the stability control, though. once it's sliding sideways too far the car just puts it into "jesus take the wheel" mode and then it's up to you to correct it, haha.
Thunder Grey is a pretty desirable color, and the most rare for the V1. If you're serious, you probably will find a taker. Heck, if you were closer, I'd consider it.
My camera broke so phone pics will have to do. My stock V! Thinking about painting calipers red and a black mesh and larger exhaust tips but this is how it looks so far. Only appereance mods are black headlight housings, color center caps and 2nd gen style led taillights. Need a new grille emblem too
