Default Shocks for Pro Kit

looking for the shocks that are not autoleveling. Got the Eibach Pro Kit and I don't want to pay retail from Cadillac.
Part number 25770612

I would like to order Monday if not today. Anybody have the hook up?

I can get them for you. We have them for $109.95 ea. They take 4 to 5 days to get though since they have to come out of Lansing, MI...

Are these the stock FE4's, or some other brand?

They are the non-load leveling stock GM shocks

Monroe Shocks part #5788
$71.26 includes tax for both at local part store. I'm going to put mine on today and I will report back if the rear sits down. I will also let you know how they feel on the road.

The stock gm shocks for the CTS will make your car handle like ****.....pls dont ruin a suspension that was designed on one of the most famous tracks in the world.....If you want to lower your car hit up ww for the custom spacers that will fool your autoleveling shocks but maintains handling

Can't do the SC yet. My Rear is singing very bad! GM said No! So I may rent a car for a month or two so I can get someone to do the 9". No way will I spend money to put a 06 rear in and have it fail as well.
Someone around here just got a 300 SRT8 and we kept passing each other last week. He would point at me each time like I'm going to get you. We had that chance yesterday! Let's just say he is looking for some mods to do this week. I pulled 10 cars on him getting on the freeway. I waived bye bye to him since he had been pointing at me. I let him catch up on 35 and same out come from 50+.

Put the new shocks on and the rear is now down. I can't feel any change in the way the car handles. I had the FE4 on and not the F2. Will post pics if anyone cares. Rear is still holding up so far. Do you thing if I change the fluid that may help some?

TXSilverV- Here's the thing, I took my car to a performance shop that will remain unnamed, they hooked me up with exhaust, short shifter, tune, and the Eibach Pro Kit. They put the springs on with the original auto level shocks still on the car. The front looked sick but the rear sat at stock ride height resulting in a unsatisfactory look in my opinion. They gave me the old parts which consisted of among other things two yellow ?polyurithane bushings? They said hold onto these because you will need them when you put the different shocks on, I said gee thanks for all your help.

Do you know about these yellow things I am refering to? Since I was not involved in the intial swap i don't know where or how these will fit. I have ordered the replacement shocks which will be here next Wed. Should I just pay to have someone throw them on?

(?$?anybody in the Atl/Athens area want to throw them on for me?$?)

mine are still in the box and was told I did not need them. I have had the monroe's on now for 2 days and can't tell any diffrence in the ride over the FE4. The rear now sits low and level with the front. No probelms for me and only cost me $72! Was told if I did not like them I could return them.
Hope that helps!

Well with the rear making noise I have not pushed the car yet. I did get stuck in some ice yesterday and the tires just spun with no hop. I will try a couple today and report back. I have a couple of pictures of the car with snow on the ground. How do I upload them?
