What is wrong with it? Is it worn or broken.
Most wear items won't be covered under warranty unless their is reason to believe it was from a factory defect. However, my father-in-law has had a seat replaced because the stitching went bad on it and there was some pretty bad wear on it. He also had the radio replaced because some buttons were starting to wear.

My dealer replaced mine. It was cracked on the bottom from putting my weight on it with my elbow while getting out. I changed my exit procedure after the new one was put in.

I know this is an old post..
But has anyone else had this fixed under warranty? Mine is also cracked on the bottom, and when I put my arm on it, it lets off that horrible plastic-on-plastic rubbing noise. It also doesnt stay up at all (not sure if its supposed to)
