Comments on valvetrain combo?
Here's what I'm thinking:
GM racing lifters #88958689
Patriot Gold Performance valve spring kit
Trickflow or Comp Chromemoly Pushrods, Stock 7.400 Length
Yella Terra Shaft Mount Roller Rockers 1.7
Gave a lot of consideration to Comp 918's with ti retainers

Didn't think I wanted to change the profile by changing the ratio, what do you think? They're only available in 1.7 or 1.8.
I'm in the 11's all day long with the current profile

Well, it is a waste really then to pull your heads to install those gm racing lifters. Ours are just fine. Also really wouldnt go wasting the money to be able to rev higher as would be the only advantage to your above mods without cam change.. The stock cam just isnt set up for super high revs. Increasing the Cam profile or putting on 1.8 rockers and keeping the Revs down may be a better choice.

I'm doing the lifters cause I think I have a bad one. I have a real loud TICK TICK TICK and haven't seen anything wrong with the valvetrain yet so the heads are coming off to check. It happened after my last pass at the strip. Didn't throw any codes and drove OK. Figured as long as I have it apart might as well upgrade. How would the 1.8's make an improvement, I know they increase the lift but does it affect duration etc. Really don't want the work of changing the cam unless the result would be really beneficial. I'm open to suggestions.

Ouch. Yeah hopefully just a bad rocker arm or pushrod. Depending on how high you rev it, it could be a bad lifter, but pretty rare issue if that is the case.
It would suck to have to pull the heads and replace all that and it not be the problem.
Have you pulled the plugs yet?

I had 918's and HATED them. I had Patriot Gold's and loved them. Just my .02.
EDIT: Well...I guess that warrants some explanation. Two of the 918's lost seat pressure and caused me to tap a piston with a little TR 224 cam. I'm sure that could happen to any spring, but I did a little research and I wasn't alone with that issue. The Patriot's held up to 7200 rpms on a .650 lift cam just fine.

Haven't got the plugs out yet and haven't drained the oil, I'll do that before the heads come off.
50 RWHP and RWT = benefical.....so more than that
How about the 1.8's.... how will that affect my power curves? There's no cost difference.
