Well, headers without cats will make it pretty loud. I hear what your talking about and I am thinking of going with headers/x-pipe and stock cat-back to help keep the stealth mode going. I want headers but also don't want to make it too loud for DD.

It's been done by several guys on the Cadillac forums. It sounds pretty good, and if you want it meaner you can drill a hole in the rear mufflers and pull out the packing with needlenose pliers, then plug the hole.

Had that setup on my T/A and was in awe of it

A leak will make a tick and smell like a pulp mill.
