They replace them if they flicker?? Ive noticed this happening under hard acceleration... Im gonna go get mes some new lights!

I would also highly reccommend John at sharphid. I have a sealed beam conversion kit for my Firebird, a coway kit thru LEDGauges and John had the cheapest prices I could find on replacement H7 HID bulbs for my applicaiton.
