I got mine tinted at 35% and being black on black it came out darker than usual and perfect. I used to roll 5% on all my old cars but I'm getting too old for that crap.

I believe you can remove the tint then send a pic to prove that you removed it and get out of the ticket. If thats the case take a pic of a CTS at a dealership with no tint or take it off, take pic and re tint.

300 is stiff...i got a 319.00 ticket but it was for unsafe start, unessessary noise, and no tint inspection tag....phuq the police! after i got handed the ticket i asked for a pen and signed on the spot NOT GUILTY...AND SAID "SEE U IN COURT BITCH ****". It was a female cop (the worst kind) as they are trying to compensate for an abusive father or lack there of, and want to take it out on the general public. she was 3rd on scene and it was 3rd party info as the "dog wardin" witnessed said infactions....BS! i was geting gum at a gas station when i was bumrushed like i was in COMPTON CA ten minutes after the fact.(but oh what a smoke show i left)... MY COURT DATE IS SEPT 3RD...I'LL KEEP U POSTED ON THIS TRADGIC COMEDY. LOL

lol...bitch ****( kristen) it hot if u can believe that...i see her all the time on her route, now when she sees me she white knuckle grips her steering wheel and does the 1000 yard stare into the abis. i just laugh and wave...when i see her in court (she won't show) i'll be sure to hand her some hateraide to cool her off.
