If there is a tps code, you need to replace the throttlebody motor.

check for corrosion on all of the pins related to the tps system. Mine would throw a tps/ pedal position voltage correlation code and it was just one bad pin in the tps sensor harness.

ok still no luck.checked every wire . problem still there. also when resetting the pedal as instructions from Caddy FAQ's and someone here it won't respond.
Turn car off, wait a few seconds.
Hold throttle to the floor and keep it there while trying to start the car. It won't start (try only once).
Turn off ignition.
Wait about 15 seconds.
Start car.
CEL and Reduced power mode should go off and you should be able to drive normally.
but the car starts every time. anyone have any ideas ?
