I would look at the DSX flex fuel sensor that allows you to run anything from 93 to E85 and everything in between. Much better than running a straight E85 tune imo. You need the supporting fuel system of course and the ability to enable the sensors and key tables in the ECM. I recently did it and love it, though I only run E55 at max for now. Car runs smoother and burns cleaner. The only real drawback is you get less mpgs.

No flipping tunes. It's a genuine GM flex fuel sensor that detects the actual ethanol content and sends the info to the ECM which calculates the fuel and spark based on the ethanol percentage. So you can fill it up with whatever %, drive a few miles to allow it pick up the ethanol content and you're good to go.

What is your setup now? If you are trying to make 700hp by adding E, then you will probably need a fuel system upgrade along with much bigger injectors.
I made 727hp on pump 93, and was maxed out on stock fuel pump. I chose to do a complete fuel system because when going E85 you will consume 2x as much fuel.

I have E85 flex fuel sensor as well. You will need larger injectors, For your setup i would get 1300's. And at 700 RW, you will need to upgrade your fuel delivery system (pump etc) They more than likely are tapped out right now with your power levels.
As long as you have the GM sensor, you can put e85 or 93 or any combination and the car will figure out what to do with it. (assuming you have a tuner that can set it up properly). They have to tune the car on the dyno twice, once for e85 and once for 93.

I don't know if a boost a pump is enough. Did you know that the factory fuel system doesn't have a fuel filter?
I installed the squash fuel system on mine, and it comes with an external fuel filter. That is really a must to protect these expensive injectors.

Dsteck has a kit that he sells which has been proven to work, if you wanna drill a hole in the bottom of the tank and tap it for a fuel line..... I kind didn't wanna do that.

LMK if you have any questions, there are a few things that need to be done to make it all work right...and the pump assembly needs to go in properly so that the float doesn't get hung up.
