Default IdriveaV

I need to get ahold of IdriveaV. I tried your post, private message and I emailed you. Want to know what's up with my wheel, or my $75. Been a couple months and nothing yet. Couple weeks ago you promised a tracking number and nothing.

Thanks for the help. I made the mistake of not sending the money as a purchase to avoid paying the extra PayPal fee. It was stupid on my part I know. Otherwise I would of had my money back by now.

FYI, Paypal will always screw you, don't count on them for buyer protection. I make classifieds and Craigslist purchases with my credit card through Paypal, not my checking account. If/when the deal goes south, one call to my CC company and they pull funds immediately pending further investigation. On the few occasions I've needed to file a claim, it was painless and I got my money back no hassle.

That is why I won't tie my PayPal account to my bank account. ALWAYS use a credit card on PayPal !!!!!!!

Pretty sure anything sent as a gift can be un-gifted. I don't remember how but there was a thread somewhere around here warning sellers about accepting 'gift' transfers because of that.

That's what I meant. It looks like he paid as a gift so should be able to un-gift his money.

I would also try calling Paypal's customer service. I've read elsewhere that they're pretty helpful when you talk to an actual human, as opposed to just using their online claim resolution methods.

Calling cust. service and telling them you were ripped off on a transaction that you made to skirt their rules may not be the best option.

I googled. Basically you claim to PayPal that you left your account logged on at a public computer and someone else authorized the transaction. Pretty shady IMO but apparently works and comes out of the recipients account.
