Is this a good cam for a mildly modified LS6
A used cam came up for sale which is local. Wondering what your thoughts are on the specs. My car will probably never get heads. Mods are OBX headers with cats, K&N cold air intake. I will most likely open up the intake with a fast 92 and 90mm throttlebody. Do you think this cam is any good for me?
I have a Comp camshaft with under 4000 miles on it.
Bought it for my 383 build but actually bought a kit off the forums that included another cam so I have no need for it anymore!
Cam is in mint condition and lightly used
asking 230 + shipping to the lower 48 states price negotiable.
specs are: 230/230 .591 lift and a 112 LSA
Here are the cam specs (cam card) as it is custom grinded

Nothing wrong with buying a used cam if it came out of a problem free motor. That can would perform well though IMO. Only thing I see is that those specs are based on having 1.7 rockers. Our stock rockers are 1.6 which would make that can quite a bit smaller unless u spend the money to do 1.7 rockers at the time of install. Based on that alone, I'd pass and get a cam with the specs u want based on a 1.6 rocker. It'll be easier on the springs and cheaper overall.
