From what I've heard, Petro Canada is starting to sell 94. Because of the Petro Canada, Suncor merger, one of the two had to be axed.

Not right now, there's some speculation that maybe another company would offer it. I've also heard that some people prefer Shell 91 without ethanol over Sunoco 94 with 10% ethanol. Makes sense it would burn faster and make more power but would be more prone to denotation.
Guess I'll cash in my Sunoco points and try Shell 91.

Pioneer has not had higher than 91 for years now. About 4-5 if memory is correct. They used to sell 93 before that.

If you know of stations that do, please let us know where.

Hmmm I'm at least thats what the sticker said last time I went there in Oak Ridges... but I dont really search it out anymore as my current set up is tuned for 91 octane and has been for a few years now so that would make sense I dont pay much attention to it these days. I'll check it out next time Im up there and confirm its probably moot as im sure they just didnt update the pump sticker I cant see how one gas station gets it and the others dont. Mind you theres a gas station over the border called Delta ... something or another iirc that i saw had 135 octane or thereabouts right at the pump! I couldnt believe my eyes it looked like a regular gas station. I cant confirm the name but i know it was on Transit Rd near the Lowes

I just checked the Pioneer site and it shows 91 as their highest.

I was told that when they did have 93, it was supplied by Sunoco.

They have a number of Petro Canada locations that sell 94 octane now. They should never have let Sunoco take over Petro Canada. Just what the oil industry needs, more market concentration of ownership.

it looks like they just glued on the 94 octane button straight from the sunoco pump

as long as 94 octane will still be available i do not car who sells it and under what name, as long as the price is reasonable

I'm in the same boat as you Dale.

I'm at about 11.55:1.

Let me know how the Shell works!
