Now I saw quiet a few 4th gen fbodies today. Two of which I was wondering if they are on here.

A. drove by a silver trans am on Leila in my Black trans am you nodded your head at me we were going opposite directions.

B. The green Z28 who seemingly has to rev his engine at everyone on main and portage and got trolled by a red civic si. I was in my 2013 cruze behind you all the way from regeant pretty much. Please calm your **** nice car. :p

 

Classic Portage and Main, I miss taking my car out there once a year from SK on a Sunday night.

Now I don't think I have ever seen you around. I always get giddy and smile like an idiot when I see another fourth gen if you ever see a black trans am with some guy who looks to be enjoying life

 

I can usually be found on the strip Sunday nights....my car will only be on the road for a few more weeks until the engine and tranny get pulled...everything works too well in current form to throw boost at. Know anybody in the market for a 400+rwhp LS1 and T56?

 

You guys go to the Pony or out to regent Ave? I was at Pony Sunday night. Same old crap. I can't stand it when the morons on bicycles ride between the cars.

 

I usually go to Tavern on Regeant but I have only driven my car twice this year because the roads are so bad. Every time I go only one other 4th gen shows up I went in my Cruze this sunday and there were 4 red Trans ams and quiet a few Z's. Most of the time I am wearing a disturbed asylum t shirt or a 1969 GTO shirt haha they are my cruise night shirts. Though I am socially awkward so if you approach me expect weirdness.

 

I live in the southwest so usually swing by the Pony. I much prefer cruising...If I do go to a show it is with my ole man in this...maybe check out the Tavern this Sunday. Last Sunday I really enjoyed the unofficial police cruiser escort I recieved from Portage back to Whyteridge...it was special...and I usually drive quite responsibly but I could not get my cutout closed fast enough lol. They pulled up beside me at McGillvary and Kenaston, gave me a head nod and took off north on Kenaston again.

 

I have been extra sketchy about going out considering my rear tires are bald haha. I'll see what I am up to sunday I may come out. Yeah I love driving around with the cut out open but **** bricks when I see a cop lol.

 

C'mon...bald tires are great...they make you feel like you have at least an extra 100rwhp on tap haha...my 315's are super bald from writing "77's" on Brady. My 4 year old reported to his mother that the camaro was on fire because we filled it up with smoke; I am not allowed to buy tires this year because of my irresponsibility.

 

BAHAHA Well this is the last weekend my car is insured for the summer probably until it goes back into storage so I will try and make it out this weekend.

 

I may work with a guy who wants my entire drive train for a GTO Judge restoration. Problem he is one hell of a haggler.

 

Cool. I am not too concerned....I put it up on kijiji last fall as a feeler and had a ton of interest in the combo for $3500ish.

Any chance you would split the motor from the trans? I would be interested in your t56 and related swap items.

Any details on the motor? My friends Camaro died a few weeks ago and he was thinking of dropping in a 6.0 iron block.

 

I am waiting for my ls1 to die with its 160, 000 miles so I can debate a boosted lq4 or NA ls7. lol I found a salvage 2008 z06 in the states for 1100 buy out auction a few months back I still regret not getting. :'(

 

On another note any of you out today I am going to drive around a bit. St Vital kildonan park that jazz.
