Someone is asking this on our local board.

"I am not trying to be funny here something just doesn't add up. If that car has stock compression, stock heads and basically just a cam and 6lbs of boost I have a hard time believing it made 500rwhp. My LS6 with higher compression and 8.2lbs of boost with headers and dyno tune made 504rwhp on Tapp's mustang dyno. My guess would be that that car would be more in the 400 - 425rwhp range. Very clean car for sure and it would be a nice ride. I just wanted to state what i though. "

We didn't quote RWHP. We quoted NET HP at the crank. It made 427 RWHP before the ported TB and 4 inch Mufflex Exhaust. Should make a few more now.

Just a note also that M6 cars make more at the wheels then A4's as there is less parasitic drive train loss.

This car is located in Canada and priced in Canadian dollars. To give you an idea, a brand new Z06 that is 70,000 USD there is 102,000 here. We pay more for everything. Stripped of all the mode, a car like that with more km's (it only has 50,000 miles on it in 9 years!) sells for around 16-18K locally.

Mustang Dynos are accurate but they on only comparable to other Mustang dynos. You cannot compare one brand to another. Some read higher/lower than other brands. However, if the operator has the machine in good working order and calibrated correctly, you should be able to compare one Mustang dyno reading to another (but not to a Dynojet).

yup i live in the peg and that is not a bad price at all. It's hard to find a good quality ride up here for a good price sometimes. That's why i went down to the states 3 weeks ago and picked me up a 93 z28. I couldn't be happier with mine. I seen a car at vicker chevrolet i think it was a 00 z28 stock for like 18or 20k that just shows the retarded prices here. good luck with the sale.

Your baseline dyno numbers seem a little low to me, I thought the ls6's came in a little higher than that, it makes me question my dyno numbers, the V probably has the most parasitic loss of all the LS cars, certainly more than a camaro. What are your thoughts? By the way I am in your neighbourhood! Know of any good tuners in our area.
