Built this yesterday, i hate to bash a sponsor, but the fact is, the Spohn unit i had for my LS1/T56 swap was NOT designed with exhaust in mind, so i ripped it out and built my own, it isnt pretty but it works so far and has not yet wheel hopped on the street since i installed it.

I didnt take a pic of the TQ arm mount fro the Spohn TQ arm, but you get the idea, now you can see where the exhaust will route:

How thick is that angle iron, looks like 1/4" but tuff to tell...
Next time u have it off (paint?) I would box it all in with 1/8 or 3/16" the design looks legit for most people, but I have a feeling u don't drive like most ppl...I just see a couple potential weak points, if I had a comp I would show u with arrows. PM if u want a better exp. Not bashin, looks clean. I would just hate to see a pic of the damage if it did fail.

I dont know about boxing with more Angle iron, but i have some flat bar stock that i was thinking of reinforcing it a bit more with. But it is 1/4 inch. H want to take it back off later and do some adjusting, but right now, i am gog to rock it as is, when i get a sew driveshaft, i will probably reinforce it a bit more, my main concern is the bit of flex it has with the TQ arm attached, it moved(flexes) as much as the Spohn unit does, and it survived the track with that, but i want less to no flex at all.

Strength is the absolute last thing I would worry about with that mount. That steel is thick enough for a peterbuilt.

Yes, it just flexes where the TQ arm mount is, that is my main concern.
