Default any carb'd LS's on alcohol?

been researching up on here and havent been sucessfull and wondering if anyone is
and maybe they could chime in and maybe tell us about their set up

I have yet to find anything either but mine is coming. Will try to get some pictures of everything before long.

Sure there might be someone, it wouldnt be anything different form a SBC running alky. Why do you want to know?

future build, i know it wont be different but would just like to see peoples opinions about running alky on an ls. so we will see yellowbullet got alot more support

I am sure it would run ***** out, only issue i think MIGHT be an issue is perhaps the low tension oil rings might let more by and have to change the oil a bit more often from dilution.

^ +1. Only thing that's stopped me from running alcohol in the past is the oil contamination.

Yea, i like the term,"Nature of the beast" LOL. I do have to watch my oil level, because my 6.0 does use some.

There was a guy on here awhile back that had a Hugger Orange '99 SS that he had ran, eventually converted on alcohol. He and his brother even ran on Pinks, at one time. Maybe someone will pop on that remembers his name.

Tosto, thats it. Sometime after the Pinks race, he converted to a dominator on methanol, if I remember right. Still ran the Liberty six speed too, I believe. Very bad *** car.
