There are some in the hybrids and conversions section that have everything you need, but i am sure there might be a couple here that can break it down a bit quicker. The headers can be cheated as they can have LS1 flanges welded in place of the ford pieces.

If you wanna keep running your existing efi fuel pump, you can use aeromotives bypass regulator, its specifically made to take a hi press. Efi pump n bump down pressure to carb applications (I think its part #1320-4) but not 100% sure.

As for trans, depending on what your gonna use, you can get ls1 specific converters for a TH400 or TH350, or jus use the hughes adapter and a standard sbc converter. You will need the dished flexplate from I believe a 97 ls1 tho

Cam and crank sensor, coil packs, and a map sensor if desired. Msd 6010 box.

If you have fuel supply. And power to msd box it's gonna fireup

You will need crank, cam position sensors.

I used my stock 89 GT fuel pump bout some line adapts from jegs made it AN to the regulator then carb

Will need a return style low pressure fuel reg.

Aeromotive has what you need

The MSD boxes come with a harness that plugs into all the sensors. All the connectors are keyed so you can't hook them up wrong. The boxes come with timing pills that will let you get it running without any programming.

Really the hardest part will be finding a place to mount the ignition box.

Once you have it running you will want to hook it to a lap top and add a better timing curve than the pills offer. but even that is easy once you get the lap top connected. Software is free from MSD.

IMO the MSD boxes are much more simple than the old school distributor systems. Honestly just plug and play.

Hey Z284thgen, do you think a stock foxbody fuel pump will supply enough fuel to feed your motor. I am gathering parts for my LS powered notchback and would love to save some $$$ and just add a regulator to my build instead of a complete fuel system.

Any stock EFI pump will work as long as the regulator is set up to return high pressure and regulate it to carbed pressure(5-9 PSI).
