Default carb ls1 help

i was woundering were everyone was running the small coolant hose that connect to the heads to for a carb'd ls1 please let me know or pics would be great thanks jeremy

There are a few responses with a few options in it. Sounds like T'ing into the heater hoses or tapping into the water pump are popular choices.

In my pic, you can see where mine goes over my ignition box, then to the coolant line with a T fitting that has the small nipple for the small hose, it is located where you see the break in the coolant heater line with 2 hose clamps.

I drilled and tapped the back of the water pump. Put a 90 degree brass fitting with a barb end and connected with a rubber hose. At work so I cant post any pics, try to add a pic with I get home later.

I tapped my WP for the coolant temp sensor, what you did is a damn good idea.

Here is one way to do it. It doesn't have the clamps on the hose yet, but you get the idea. LS1 has a flat spot that should make it even easier. Ron
