Default yes another carb selection thread (boat)

Last part to buy for my build is the carb. Ive read all the carb threads I can but am still stumped. Its between a holley 650 or 750. This jetboat acts like a giant dyno at all times. It spends basically no time below 3000 rpms. It will only run in temperatures between 100-130 degrees and the engine temp doesn't normally get above 150. I need a carb for this gen iv 5.3 with no mods yet. It wont get mods until this time next year.

With a 5500 max, I would say the 650.

I would use a 650 with down leg boosters.
