Sure it would be like comparing the Performer RPM to a Vic Jr.

Default Intake

The dual plane is way,way overpriced.Just be patient. As soon as another company releases one G.M will drop the price to be competitive. They are over $500 last time I checked....$275 for a performer R.P.M for a regular small block.

I will wait until they are at $300 or less. The intake is the last to go on.If you are building a street motor check out the dual plane L.S motor in the engine masters challenge.Small cam,L-92 heads and over 500 h.p.Big torque down low where you need it(on the street)..

Default carb height?

I'm wondering if anyone has actually measured the dual plane for carb height? I presently have the open plenum GM #25534401.

These pics give the general idea regarding height.
