LSX Heads
I am new to the LSX so here goes. Just got my 427 LSX and I am looking to make 900+ HP then a little spray later. Well my question is whats the best head to acheive these HP goals? How goo are the LS7X heads? Will they mount and make the power?

I really think you are beyond the capability of those heads LS7 heads. If you want an LS7 port, check in with WCCH or Mast who both have top notch LS7 port heads which might scrape up to that level. Keep in mind you will need a higher compression ratio on the order of 15:1 and a cam in the .850 lift range to get it done on a 427cid and be planning to turn it a little 8500+ rpm.
If you are not restricted to the LS7 port you should go for a C5R style port from Mast or the newer LSW-2 head from WCCH. Either one of those would be my first choice if I didn't have a cylinder or manifold as of yet. Mast can offer you a manifold that will be a direct match for their heads and WCCH would require something custom or sheetmetal. Go with a nice 4500 flange manifold and at minimum a carby from Pat at ProSystems.

My 1st questions would be whats the last HP rating on your previous vehicle and is this vehicle for DD or racing? 900rwhp is a shitload for the streets and alot to handle at the 1320
