Default fbody accesories
what is needed to used fbody accessories on 6.0? i know i need the alt and bracket, water pump, ps and bracket. do i need to change the harmonic balancer or are they the same?

The lower pulley is different, it sits further away from the engine. You will need to drill and tap a hole for the power steering bracket as well.
