Got my LS3 swaped foxbody to the track today.Finally gotten more comfortable in the car.Ran a 6.89 @ 101.51 mph with a 1.58 60'.Car wouldnt hook if i stalled it past 2000rpm.tried it at 3000 twice and it blew the tires off...track is closed for the year so I got time to make some adjustments on it and get some wider tires.Running 255/60/15 MT radials now.Also weighed the car.Came in at 2930lbs with me in it.Im 190lbs so around 2750 without me.Think with some tires and suspension tuning 6.70s might be possible.

That is a smokin fast trap speed!!!!

Those little fox bodies are so light (I've had a couple stangs, one was stripped and under 3000 with me in it!)

I want to get a fox car just because of weight reasons, but I might go 280z or something like that, not bad for a limited 1.5 60 foot, yet that down with some tires and tuning and watchit it really roll out.

Yeah if I can get it to hook better its should be able to get some mid1.40 60's
maybe.The weight diffrence between it and the nova made a incredble diffrence.Its was fast in the nova but its a monster in that little foxbody.

Its probly around 520 hp at the crank id guess.The heads are bone stock LS3 heads.Its got the GMPP carb intake,1000cfm Pro-Sytems carb and cam from Livernors Performance.
