Default Tdc before startup?

I'm about to set my motor in my car. I'm using a 6010 box and a 950 Holley on my setup. It's not like a old sbc where the motor needs to be at tdc before I start it correct? The 6010 will take care of everything right?

no need. the 6010 gets it's readings off the crank reluctor wheel and cam sensor. it'll know where it's at in rotation

Just plug it in and go. These ignitions are the easiest part of the whole swap.
