Default Carb jets, accel. pump, power valve. HELP PLEASE

Hey all, I am in need of some help. I need some help adjusting my carb before I start my engine and get it to the dyno shop. It will be running in the next month and I need to get the carb ready.

Carb is a 4160 Holley 750cfm Vac. Secondary 4-barrel
Which power valve, accel pump, jets and Fuel PSI do I start with.

Truck and engine info:
1994 Silverado 2-door sport side, they weight what around 4200-4600
4L60E Trans with HD3 shift kit and corvette servo, Stock stall for now
stock rear gears and diff for now
2000 5.3 LM7 with stock short block
Comp Thumpr cam 554/537 on 109 LSA
862 heads with 45 degree valve job, rebuilt, LS6 Springs, Milled 0.015
Edelbrock Duel Plane Performer RPM intake
MSD 6LS ignition
2" Primary Long tube headers
3" duel exhaust into two SLP Loudmouth mufflers

6 to 7 pounds of fuel pressure and leave every thing else as factory settings until you can tune it with an a/f meter.

Shoot for a cruise a/f ratio in the 14s and a WOT a/f ratio from 12.5 to 13:1.

headers are way too big for a 5.3L


power valve is determined by engine vacuum in gear at idle, so start it to find out. If it bogs under initial throttle then add squirter size, jetting and pumps should be left alone until you run it. Fuel should be 5.5-6.5psi
