Default LS3 intake rocker question

I know I need to change my intake rockers to be the offset ones but what is the deal with the trunion upgrade that is available from comp? Just trying to figure out what that actually does.

Heavier duty bearing for the rocker,to help with friction due to higher spring pressures.

It's actually to keep the stock rockers from shitting out the stock needle bearings. It happens a lot more than you think it would.
