Default coils

so i have ended up with a set of truck coils and a set of car coils. which should i use? what is the difference in them? i have the brackets, coils, and harnesses for both sets.

The truck coils are said to be better. I would run them. That's all I have ever had though.

if you have the coils with a heat sink on the top, use those.

Make sure you have the correct valve covers/heads.

I do have the ones with the heat sink on them so ill use those them. with the valve covers, im going to end up relocating them down low so you dont see them. but i have 2 sets of brackets so I should have at least one right set for the meantime before i relocate them. thanks!

If I may ask, where are you locating them down low? I relocated mine down low, but im using an engine plate, so I mounted them on a rack i made bolted to the original engine mount location. Eric L

i havent got that far yet. im waiting for my cam to come to get the rest of the motor together and mock something up. but im thinking maybe off the oil pan bolts or or maybe to the firewall. but im going to make kind of a box around them because i drive the car a lot, rain or shine. so i dont want them getting too wet. i just gotta get the motor in the car also to see what kind of room i have to work with.
