For sure!
Just took it for a test drive and ran it to operating temps. Then ran it through 1st and second 5 times. Oil pressure went from 36 at operating to 28. So its better than last Friday. Hot lapping had it just above 20. So some thicker oil will do.
Checked the plugs, they are lean. Funny since the car was running 11.5:1 when it was in the camaro with the same carb. But, between having a 5/16 return and now it has 3/8 feed and return, also from the regulator sitting, fuel pressure was 4 PSI. Im sure there is some MPH and ET missing from that alone. We will see next Sunday if weather is good. Unfortunately i will be cutting weight, adding the carb spacer and hopefully getting the jetting dialed in, so i will not have a back to back comparison on the running lean.
But, good news to know it was lean. Bumped it to 7 PSI already. That means power on the table.

Sounds good to me man! I'm good with that! Hope you can finish up. I have a rear sway bar to pick up from a friend, a wiper cowl as well. Then I need to remove some weight and get to the track. The wide band cable that the dog ate has been replaced as of today as well. Going to install my 2 inch spacer and chop up my hood so it will have a scoop made from a spare hood.

Took her to the scales and she is roughly 400 pounds lighter than the 89 RS was. This is with me in the driver seat, i am 320 pounds. This is with the 10 gallon cell full as well.

The RS was 3450 with me in the seat.
Makes me know there is a ton left with the fuel at 4 PSI. Hard to believe i only trap 1 MPH better than my 89 did with 400 less pounds.
