I ran a return with areomotive regulator...no problems here. I'm still running a Walbro 255 efi in tank pump on my carb setup.

I have done it both ways, the fuel pump is way quieter with a return setup, it doesnt have to work as hard.

I think a return would at least help my screaming Holley blue pump lol...that thing can really sing! I even made sure to mount it below tank and plumb lines all below pump other than feed up to carb...

Edlebrock pump deadheaded at 6.5 lbs but she is noisy, I didnt know a return line would quiet it down, I might have to try that.

Hey zone is does your TA with the Holley blue scream like a kid with no candy? I've heard that's the norm, but maybe you found a way to quiet it... Don't bother me, but that **** poor rubber isolator gasket they give you with the kit is a frickin joke...
