I don't have ground clearance issues, with any. I have overdrive and all that. Plus there is no snow down here, and AC, power everything is just a optional luxury. Lol

I know there were carbs before fuel injection but they werent ls motors with better flowing heads lol and i kinda feel like im going backwards putting a carb on an ls motor but its the cheapest route for now and i can always put it on later plus i like the look a lot better.

And my 73 wont have ac or any interior with stock suspension but idc ive been dd old school cars like that for the past 4 years.

Put it this way, when my valiant was a back half car, with 33x18.5 sportsman pros, and a 400 hp 360 chrysler 20 years ago, my wife used to daily drive it to the gas station she worked at daily.

It will be fine. Trust me. Lol. Eric L

What would be the best carb to use edelbrock or holley? I knoe almost 99% of guys use a double pumper but edelbrock is so much easier to tune.

I would not personally use a edelbrock carb. They always seem lean to me and have hard cold start problems and stumbles even with the choke. Holley is the way to go and is way easier to tune than a edelbrock.

The MSD 6010 comes with everything you need to run a 24 tooth engine. The only thing you may need is the adapter from the serial port cord to USB of your laptop.

Ok cool and ill most likely go with a 750 dp since theyre more common and easier to find than a 750 edelbrock
