I have a 4L80E newer style and TCI/FAST controller, was told by the seller I got the motor and trans from it has 2600 miles but I can't confirm that although I have bought several parts from him over the years and he's never steered me wrong. But since I can't prove the mileage I'm going to sell it as good but mileage unknown. Just trying to get an idea what the trans and box are worth, figured the Carbed section would be the right place to ask. Thanks

1k would be a damn good deal for both. I have thought about selling my trans controller for 400$ with the TPS sensor and bracket, and a good 4L80 is worth 500-1200 all day depending on mileage and year of the trans.

Any way to tell the exact year ? All I know is when I went to put AN fittings in the trans the rear took the special fitting. That just tells me it the later style, right ?

The 80s I see have a tag that say what year.
