I made a 87-91(4.3,5.0.5.7) TPS mount to my carb in my 94 GMC, works great and that is the TPS sensor you need for the FAST EZ TCU i have in the truck.

Back from the dead.
Any new ideas yet?
We went a different route and now are back to this question again.
A lot of variables here.
Dominator isn't probably going to be street friendly and other option obviously is EFI or run a choke setup or a carb and mount the sensor to the choke.
Anyways
Carry on.
