looking at the goals for this year and how much is changing and how much work is left to be done, i'm beginning to think i've bitten off more than i can chew. then i'm reminded of a saying my mother says: "how do you eat an elephant? one bite at a time!"

here's my bite for the weekend. passenger's side header is ready for final fitment and flange welding.

driver's side will be in the same state by tonight and i'll have done everything i can while the car is out at the secret squirrel shop. i'll get back on the side work as a result.

Good deal Matt. It just hit me, I hope all the changes and expected power increase don't take too much to get the 60 under control. Maybe get lucky and not need much.

Good deal. Just hope you don't have to combat traction so we can see some progress when she is in one piece.

traction and clutch tune go hand in hand. they know the size tire, gearing, power, and weight of the car. they'll give me a baseline for the clutch as well as a few directions for different scenarios, and we will be communicating directly while looking at racepak data.

driver's side now looks like passenger's side.

As always. Nice work Matt. Feels good when someone asks you, who built this car? And your able to answer honestly. I Built This Car. Looking forward to the first video of that bad boy ripping down the track. Are you still going all motor, or is that answer part of the secret squirrel stuff coming?

You have access to a bead blaster so they're all one texture/color ? and even if you are going to coat them, it would help the coating to stick better with some bite.
