fuel pump suggestions and size help please?
i need help picking out a fuel pump.
my car info
71 chevelle
lq4 stock bottom end
821 heads
227/242 110+4 cam
vic jr
750 quickfuel carb
3500 stall
373 gears
i was thinking of either a holley red or blue pump. i dont know if red is too small . ive read these pumps are niosey. the holley 12-125 seems to be quieter but maybe too big? is the aeromotive 11203 the one alot of you guys are using?
there is a existing 3/8 fuel line from tank to mechanical pump now i want to reuse. and sounds like running a return back into the tank is the way to go? my existing sending unit in tank has 3 lines coming from it, so i can use one for a return.
i appreciate any input,thanks!

I've had good luck with the Carter 4600HP on my ice car, it has never missed a beat.

10 Second Club
Aeromotive SS here also.
Fueled my buddies 565 BBC into the 9.teens NA...I think it'll keep up with my quest for mid-10's
Not really that loud IMO.

I have been using a edelbrock quiet flow with good results. Quiet easy to mount and a big 3/8 NPT inlet outlet to run my -8 fuel line.
