blended the VJ to the bowl, removed the rocker arm bolt boss in the intake port and port matched the gasket.

I have done that to my set, plus added some extra size to the port aswell as laying back the short turn. My hp goals are 550+ with a super vic and HR cam.
I think i should have gone the vic jnr?

If you have the headroom and are going to twist to 7K plus I'd run the SV

Made it to track. First shakedown runs yielded a 10.75@125, no nitrous. Converter is tight, drives like a dream down highway at 70mph with the o/d. Happy so far. Weighs 3365#.
