Default Pros cons self tuning efi (fitech) Holley sniper

Id like suggestions on which route I should go. Currently I have a stock TBSS Ls2 in my 1972 Chevelle with a tsp 228R cam, edelbrock headers, Vic jr intake and out of the box Holley HP 750. It is hard starting, reads of fuel, and surges at low speed, and even cruising at lower rpms. It is going to cost somewhere in the ballpark of $500-$600 for a proper dyno tune via wideband sensor install etc. curious on if I should bite the bullet and have the tune done(Will it correct all my issues)? Or buy a self tuning or go with a reputable company such as psi to replace back to efi? I currently have the TBSS intake and injectors but still need a cable throttle body. I have the factory wire harness as well. Should I sell my Hp 750 trailblazer intake etc? What are your opinions?

You could fit one of my Redline ECU-882C EMS.

My "tech" support is ALWAYS given as are the ECU's ALWAYS fitted with a tune.
