750 holley dp mach. seconds?
I'm building a l99 with ls3 conversion. Just ordered a 229/236 cam package from tsp. I could be off on the cam numbers as I don't have them in front of me. I plan on doing trunnion upgrade with comp cam kit. Does the 750 holley carb seem to be the correct one for the job. This is my first v8 and carb build. This is totally new territory for me. I plan on running a super t10 behind it. Any other ideas or advice would be greatly appreciated. Like I said I'm a newb. I'm going to be installing this in my 240sx drift car.

750 will work great. Probably 90% of the guys on here run one. You are probably moving enough air to use an 850, but the 750 should be easier to set up and tune for a newby.

A DP carb with a manual box will be fine. That cam isn't huge, but not knowing the LSA and intended use doesn't help.
A little more info will help a lot
