Lean at wot
Also, when you go WOT there will be a high draw of air and it takes the fuel a second to catch up. So, if it's only a spike, that's normal, if it goes lean and doesn't recover, it could be jets or high speed air bleeds ? (to start)

If you look close, this is a WOT run with a full manual TH350 and no lift shifts. You will see the lean spike on the shifts, along with a huge spike at the end of the run when I let off the gas. The AFR will change with the load on the motor even in a steady rpm state.
And just how lean are you seeing.
