Default Hesitation and Flat spot

I're really curious about some of your thoughts on the stumbling I'm getting with this setup:
Car:
1991 z28 mn12(t56) 4:11 9"
Engine:
LS1
799 milled .030 and hand ported
~11.25:1 compression
Intake:
Victor Jr.
Cam:
237/244 109+4 .622/.596
Carb:
750 Demon Vacuum Secondary
Reher Morrison shear plate (Idle vacuum is 9psia @ ~950 rpm)
QFT metering blocks:
Jets: 71/85
PVCR .63
6.5 power valve
Brown spring
Pink cam #2 position
45 accelerator pump nozzle/hollow screw
30cc pump
I know its massive squirter for a 30cc setup, but it seems every time I up the size it gets closer to fixing the issue (tried stock .31-42 and finally the 45 probably need buy 50cc kit). I currently have it tuned so that it Idles with ~14:1 afr and cruises at 14.5:1 afr that and seems very happy with this. The carb is an older model with pressed air bleeds unfortunately. I'm still messing with as you can feel the secondaries open it seems strange that I would need to run the brown or black spring, but maybe its due to the accelerator setup being wonky. Below is my timing maybe I am not so bright on that and you may see something I should try.

Do you have a map sensor on this motor? If not zero that map. That timing looks pretty low also. Get rid of the 2 dots in the ramp. Make your starting point 14 degrees and ramp to 26 degrees and try that. Should get you close. With only 22 degrees of timing it should be a little sluggish. We ended up at 28 but all combos may not be the same so 26 should be a safe start. Best of Luck.

Map is connected to help clean up idle a bit I originally had this setup but it was a little grumpy and would diesel bad. Right now it seems to behave itself in that regard. I wasn't pushing it too hard then though. So maybe dump the map for now and try something like this again

Get rid of that second dot and move the dot at the top of the ramp to 550rpm. I would cut it back to 26 degrees till you can get to the track to test for mph. Also turn off the idle control, it will make it wander.

Also zero out the temp chart and the individual timing chart. Unplug the map if its hooked up. You can mess with all that once you have it running good.
