I finally awoke the beast out of its long awaited sleep!!! After over a year of hard work lot of parts, I finally got the car running right!!!! 1994 Z28 LT1 6 speed 158000 kms on the clock, I bough the car as a stolen recovery, it had busted column blown exhaust, ran like complete ****. flowmasters, G2 gigolotia suspension kit. Here is what I have all replaced since I owned the car;

-catalytic converter
- all the locks
- column
-front lower ball joints
-rear pads rotors/front lines rotors calipers
-power steering pump
-drivers door hinge
-passenger side window switch
-rear tires
-rear differential pinion seal
-clutch
-rebuilt T56
-battery
-accel plugs Bosch wires
-MSD Pro bullet opti, and Pro blaster coil
-Map sensor
-VSS sensor
-a/c clutch
-serpentine belt
-reverse light switch
-CRT intake

After all this the car ran a lot better but still hesitated bogged down and back fired until warm, then ran fine until shut off for a minute then when I restarted it it would run like crap again. Today I noticed it ran a lot better in the cold rainy weather, so I suspected that maybe the mas air flow senor was the problem, I took it out and sprayed it with electrical contact cleaner, problem solved!! This car freakin rocks now I took it out for a nice real hard run today, I am so glad that my work is starting to pay off! I still have bugs to work out, but at least I finally have a good driver!! Next on the list fix leaking T-tops, and repair opti oil seal again??? I think I no why the previous owner might have had the car "stolen" .. lol.. oh well, it has been a good learning process so far, and I pride myself in the fact that I have done all the work myself, the only part I replaced that didn't need to be was the VSS sensor. -Jamie Hats off to all that have made a deal with the LT1

I took the car for a spin since it's been in the garage for months, and the snow is almost all gone! Then I went and installed my rear RKSport CAMARO inserts:

Installed 35w 6000k HIDs from DDM Tuning the other day. Should have done this when I first got the car lol I can see so much better now. I also wired my lights so I can have the high beams on without the lows switching off. Next project...install HIDs in fog lights and wire them so they won't turn off with the highs.

Changed plugs & plug wires, my hands and arms should come out of the bandages in two weeks..............LOL. Actually it went rather well, and since I take the coil packs assemblies and dip stick tube off for clearance it gives me a chance to clean up the engine bay a little better.

Heli-coiled two exhaust bolt holes that the prior owner of these heads stripped out(wow. He didn't mention that before he shipped them to me...funny). Got the valve covers setup. I have a Frankenstein valve cover setup(1 Jegs tall cast aluminum on drivers side and one Canton on the passenger side) due to tall rocker arms and the fact the drivers side Canton would hit my Turbo's Hotside. Set the lifter preload on all lifters and locked them down. I'll bolt on the hotside with the new Felpro header gaskets tomorrow. The warm weather has got me motivated!

Installed motor (Turbo 355) , transmission (Built TH350), driveshaft, torque arm and Turbo(T76). Had the motor down to install replacement heads(Canfields), oil pump(stock z28), cam drive gear. Now comes the "devil in the details", wires, hoses, tubes, sensors, etc.
