On the bright side I have stuff either in the mail or ready to go on my car...
-Pacesetter Lt's
-TSP true duals
-MSD wires and NGK plugs
-SLP UDP
-Harlan Shiftlight
-Custom Emblem Pro emblems

My Built (for 800hp) TH350 is to be delivered today between 10am - 2pm today. Already have the;
*NEW*
2400-2600 stall Vigilante
B&M ProStick shifter
TCI Super Duty Flexplate
*USED*
A4 Crossmember
B&M Torque Arm Conversion for TH350

I have to finish dropping the engine/tranny, pulling the SPEC Billet Flywheel and then taking the SPEC flywheel, TCI Flexplate to the machine shop. My shortblock builder wants to check balancing to make sure they match in proportion.

I changed the serpentine belt. Since I have underdrive pulleys I had to have them order it. I replaced the Gates one with a Goodyear Gatorback. The old was starting to make noise.

Yep. I've done that and have the scars on my hands to prove it.

I just got home from running out of gas 50 feet from the Shell station and having 4 cop cars trying to help me with my crappy battery afterwards. My car hates me, lol.

Doh! I hope your fuel pump is okay. Usually when an intank fuel pump runs dry, it gets too hot and is ruined.
At least the cop were trying to help!

Best of luck to you,
Dave

Pulled the engine/tranny so I could replace the heads, cam gear, oil pump, rear main seal, poly motor mounts, remove old bad clutch and replace with race ready TH350.
It begins...

Free at last!!!

Hey! I lost my car!!!

Only took 3 concrete blocks to get high enough to clear the motor, still on wheels.

6 year old SPEC 4 still looks good, visually anyway.

SPEC Stage 4 Pressure plate and clutch disc. Rivets have been hitting...

Hmmm... odd... not all the clutch facing has been in contact.

The flywheel looks colored but not damaged.

I'm dropping the Flywheel and pressure plate off to get them resurfaced

Put a Pioneer GM-5400T Amp in the Z28 to run the subwoofer. I am running a 100% Pioneer system. For a 44 Year old it sounds good.

Now I can put a new system in my 2004 Monte Carlo SS that I am going to give my son when he can drive. He is 14 now.
