I think so but don't quote me on it. I'm pretty sure I've seen pics of 4th gens with 17" GTO wheels.

I think you have to enlarge the holes on the wheel a little but they will fit. The bolt pattern in off just a little. You would have to take care when tightening your lugs, but it can be done.

The bolt pattern is so close that your log nuts won't have a problem lining up. The problem/issue you'll need to address is the hub diameter. You will need to enlarge the hub clearance on the GTO wheels in order to fit properly. Less than 1/8th of an inch all the way around if I remember right.

I have a set of 17" GTO rims on my car right now, so I speak from experience.

Because the gto's hub diameter is just a tad smaller than the f-body hub is.

Exactly,
We tried putting 04 GTO wheels on my F-body and it seemed to line up great except for the hub.

Sorry...I should read the posts more carefully...you could open up the hub with a die grinder and an air compressor or a metal grinding bit and a corded power drill. It'll take you a a little bit per each wheel though. Aluminum is a time consuming alloy to have to grind out.
