i lucked out w/ my 02 SS being a hard top.

didn't even know they made a hard top till i saw saw it in person...lol

So out of the 599 Hard tops built in 98, how many of the 599 were metallic blue and metallic blue with tan cloth interior

 

You would have to "mine" that data from CompNine. I don't have an "account" there, and access is no longer free like it was 12 years ago. Since T-Tops were an RPO option and HTs were not, you'd have to subtract the TTs from the total to know how many HTs w/ that color combo (28U NBM exterior + 52B Taupe Cloth interior) were built. Start by entering your VIN#, then un-check all RPOs except WU8, CC1, 28U and 52B to get the # of TT SS NBM/Taupe cloth cars, then subtract that from 599.
