69 Camaro SB to BB conversion questions ok so my boss has 2 69 Camaro's, he just bought this crate 454 off his buddy and wants me to put it in one of them. I believe it has a basic 350 sb with a 4 speed in it now. I'm not sure if hes sticking with the 4 speed or not at the moment. My question is... Is there any thing that will need to be changed or moved on the firewall, accessories etc..?
i have never worked with big blocks and ive been tryin to get him to put a LS motor in it instead.

Yea there is another difference in that the engine stand offs are different for the big block. go look them up at calssic industries or sumthin. I Might have them from my camaro still Im not sure. If you dont use the right eng stands ull have header issues.
And yea your right if he had half a brain hed sell the big block for what its worth (nothing) and put in an LSX 427. I built a 12k 496 BBC and sold it before I ever installed it =)
