Finally got the car out... I'm not really sure if it's got any more power than before, but it definitely revs a lot quicker. I'm sure whatever power it gained is minimal to not be felt by the butt-meter.
Power steering cooler seems fine, too. The fluid isn't boiling out or anything like that, so we'll see how that goes with more seat time (only had the car out for about 20 minutes).

Haven't ordered them yet, but yes. Going with TSP 1 7/8 and their duals. Just need to get some more bonuses on the pay check ![Happy](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_stretch.gif)
I just ordered Alper Motorsports header studs (eBay); I still need to get the Prothane motor/tranny mounts from WS6Store. Also going with ACDelco 2002 Corvette rear O2 sensors (I'm not messing with extensions or 11-year-old sensors).
I paid $21 for the pair from Day Chevrolet (local dealer). Their parts manager is on some forums and goes by "MS3DALE" if you wanted to get anything from them. While gmpartsdirect.com has "cheaper" base pricing, Day beats their net price because GMPD charges such a huge amount for shipping.

I always look forward to seeing updates in this thread. Are you going to head back to the track this year? This car ran so good before, now with full exhaust and a pulley swap this car is going to fly!

Well... no track today. After adding that pulley, the "clutch on the floor" has got a lot worse. I'm not sure if it's because the engine now spins a bit quicker than before or what, but it's bad enough that I can't get it out of 2nd gear.
Anyway, I that meant it was time to upgrade to a Tick master cylinder... OR... just do the drill mod! While I've never used the Tick, I am sure it is a worthwhile upgrade. However, I really want to do my exhaust/cam, so I'd rather spend the $300 on that rather than the master. So, I finally mustered up the energy to do the drill mod today.

I used the instructions from Install University (I used these same instructions on my 2000 SS as well). http://www.installuniversity.com/ins...r_cylinder.htm
The unfortunate thing is I don't know if it helped at all. My wife was with her family today, so I was flying solo at home. As such, I attempted to bench-bleed the master, but the pedal only has about two inches of travel. I really need another person to pump the pedal so I can get under the car and open the slave to bleed it. FWIW, I went with Valvoline DOT 4 synthetic fluid in hopes it will help with the heat.
With that said... I hope this will take care of it sticking in 2nd because otherwise I'll need a rebuild as that means a busted slider. Not exactly what I wanted to spend money on at this time, though...
I also got in my Alper Motorsports header studs:
