I'm just making sure to take my time and really work in the fine polish. I'm using Griot's Garage products. They are very mild, and so far the black roof looks great. No swirls.
The whole car turned out great. Pictures always look good, but it really looks like a sheet of glass in person, minus a few stray deeper scratches. I could've wetsanded them out, but this was my first venture with the polisher, and I didn't want to try anything too aggressive until I practice on a scrap panel or a junk car.
Here's a nice cell phone quality reflection picture. It seriously looks like a brand new paint job in person.
Picked my Daughter up from softball practice in the Camaro...nice little blast on the way home.... left stop sign bounced off the limiter, shifted and still on limiter, hit 3rd and rolled on out. 3 blocks from home, temp gauge 200* and climbing....threw the belt off Garage full of anti-freeze.
