Default Vibration problem when shifting A4

Hello. I have a fast vibration that happens either when I get into the pedal in 2nd after it shifts into third gear or when I shift it manually. My car is a 2000 z28, 65,000 miles, with an A4 trans. The vibration will immediately stop when I ease up and shift into 4th. Torque converter issue here? Ideas?
Thanks in advance.

Typically when you have converter problems its in all gears, have you started with the easy stuff like the mount? Is it a vibration or more of a shutter, trying to picture whats going on i lean more toward a bushing. What are we dealing with a 700R-4 ? 200R-4? Have you dropped the pan and had a look? Help us... help you...
