Default Right turn signal doesn't work? Not the bulb though?

Ever since I got my Camaro back from the shop, my car does something weird. The left turn signal works just fine. However, when I turn the right one on it doesn't work. The rear indicator is on but doesn't flash, the dash indicator stays lit and doesn't blink or may the ticking noise, and the front turn signal won't come on.
I thought it was the bulb but I changed it with new ones, flipped them, and no avail.
Hazards don't turn on the bulb, but turning on the parking lights DO. I guess it might be the wiring, but if that were true the bulb wouldn't even come on with the parking lights switch.

What can I do to remedy this? All other threads the bulb worked when the hazards turned on.

Somebody said something about the turn signal stock but I have no idea how I'll figure that out.

Any ideas?

I just ran into this same problem and I'm curious what the fix is.

I had a similar problem, tracked it down to a leaky tail light housing causing corrosion in the socket on the harness.
