Need help!!' My buddies 1995 camaro Lt1, started running rough after winter. Replaced opi spark, has all new injectors, cleaned MAF , throttle body cleaned , new water pump. Really confused. Its lacking alot of power and it all started with a sputter at WOT, now its a dog. It idles fine but also had a fuel smell. What else could it be?

Where does it have a fuel smell? Through the exhaust (like a super rich mixture), or somewhere else?
Have you checked fuel pressure under load? Might be a bad pump and/or clogged filter as mentioned above.
Poor O2 sensor operation is another thought.
