My 92 Z28 that I've had for 7+ years. I hoping to have it painted this Spring then it's back to tuning and a few more bolt ons to try and get better than it's 13.521 best ET with the stock engine, 2k stall and bolt ons.

When it gets repainted it'll stay the same color mostly because it has grown on me and partly because the same color will be cheaper. Those are full functioning 99 leather TA seats front and rear a common swap for 3rdgenners plus an LS1 SLP Loud Mouth.
It's nice to see we have some 3rdgens here and some appreciation for them. If all goes well I'd like to add an LS1 car and keep the 92 Z28 some time in the near future.

Hey 25thAnniv, I noticed from your web page that you have SLP headers... did you have any trouble installing them? I'm looking to do a header back upgrade on my Z and I'm looking for ideas.
Great color by the way!!

No cutting required? Will they bolt up in the stock cat location? I guess what I really want to know is when I drop the stock exhaust I want to replace the headers, cat, and the rest of the exhaust and I would like to use a kit, something like the Dynomax AT... will all this match up together or will I have to get creative?

I didn't have a problem with the steering shaft clearance but it was close. As for the it fitting up to the stock cats , it looked like it should. We replaced the stock cat and went with an aftermarket cat-back but everything fit well. Being that it is application specific , I'd say you're in good shape. As for the gent posting pics of the Firebirds,I'm personal friends with the mod in this forum and he's a thirdgen nutcase so it's all good, Hollywood.

Here is my '86 Iroc....it's black now but was originally blue. Some retard painted it black right over top of the blue before I bought it. Hoping to have it painted by summer. I have had it for 5 years now....it's a slow work in progress type of deal.

I had a black '88 5.7 IROC once upon a time , traded it in on an '87 'Vette. My butt dyno said the IROC had more power than the 'Vette. I know that wasn't the case but it sure felt like it.

I have a beautiful 88 IROC but I wrecked it this winter. It's going to take a lot of work and $$$ to get it fixed but in the end it should look even better than it did with fresh paint and so on.
While I'm here, does anyone have any tips for getting the stock wheels to shine like new again? Mine don't look terrible, but they've got some spots and stuff on them and they could be brighter and cleaner, I'm sure.
